Our Smart Grid system has been built with the purpose to ease scalability and integration of existing power distribution systems through our connected IoT controllers - known as DRC series devices. This feature also tackles the design problem of aging infrastructures, the compatibility of legacy systems and the cost factor of their respective equipment to increase usability & customer ease.
Our DRC devices can be easily controlled via our Smart Grid system. They were developed to be easily integrated with all popularly used brands of switchgear, auto-reclosers, fusesavers, RMUs, RTUs, LBSs etc within the Cambodian market and are also cost effective, therefore making it economically feasible to scale up operations faster. We continuously iterate our platform and roll out routine upgrades.

Two-way communication, call control and sms features enable our devices to communicate not only their device critical status but also relay vital information back to operations control even in the case of low signal frequencies. Our latest solution is a “MMS System’’ (Meter Management System) aimed to help electric utilities better manage these activities by optimizing accurate data collection at the right points remotely, securely and instantly across the electrical grid’s value chain. Automatic data collection & monitoring, daily meter reporting, power analysis, peak load reporting and meter power data plotting are just a few of the solutions our MMS system is capable of achieving for operators.
Our MMS (Meter Management System) is flexible and easy to scale with integration of our DRC-004 (Remote controller for Landis+Gyr meters) and DRC-012(Remote Controller for EDMI Meters) to accomplish this task. The MMS system has been designed to specifically tackle the challenges electric utilities are facing in today’s smart metering challenges and can be commissioned on an existing setup of distribution side meters.
As the grids’ complexity is increasing, we have developed a robust digital solution to simplify and aid the operators’ day to day processes related to the electrical grid network. A key focus area has been to completely reduce or completely eliminate manual field deployments, enable easier diagnostics, maintenance and meter readings. The MMS software is capable of displaying vital power system information at any time. This information is vital to assess the quality of power, usage and peak loads. All data is easily downloadable into structured excel file formats for further analysis.
All our softwares and control console dashboards are layered with multiple levels of authentication and authorization. Data is encrypted and hosted on our servers which are securely located at a physical location under our team’s management. In addition, our IT support team is also available on call to all customers throughout the year on a 24/7 and 365 day basis to resolve any issues immediately and remotely for our users.
All current and upcoming versions of the MMS software have been designed to ensure easy operator usage with the MMS interface whilst ensuring that the onboarding time is quick and easy for teams’ training purposes. Some of the basic features apart from creating user accounts and authorization for are some alert features along with collection of user event logs during any account’s login session.
