Executive Assistant to CEO

Principal Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the CEO’s meetings, appointments, travel, and events or workshops.
  • Attend all key internal and external meetings with the CEO.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and prepare professional meeting summaries or reports.
  • Follow up with relevant teams to ensure decisions and action points are executed on time. 
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations, speeches, and pitching materials for investments, workshops,
  • or conferences.
  • Assist in script writing, captions, or short content for social media posts.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal teams, partners, and investors.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and documents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct research and collect data for executive decision-making and external communication.
  • Represent the company professionally during networking events or engagements when required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations, Engineering,
  • Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in an executive assistant, communication, or management support role.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to handle confidential
  • information with discretion.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and confident to work under pressure and during international travel.
  • Open-minded to learn and research new trends of technology.
