Principal Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the CEO’s meetings, appointments, travel, and events or workshops.
- Attend all key internal and external meetings with the CEO.
- Take detailed meeting notes and prepare professional meeting summaries or reports.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure decisions and action points are executed on time.
- Support the CEO in preparing presentations, speeches, and pitching materials for investments, workshops,
- or conferences.
- Assist in script writing, captions, or short content for social media posts.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal teams, partners, and investors.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and documents in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct research and collect data for executive decision-making and external communication.
- Represent the company professionally during networking events or engagements when required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations, Engineering,
- Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience in an executive assistant, communication, or management support role.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
- Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to handle confidential
- information with discretion.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident to work under pressure and during international travel.
- Open-minded to learn and research new trends of technology.
