Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize data from different departments (Sales, Operations, R&D, etc.).
• Prepare and update Excel reports and charts to show key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create clear and simple data dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Analyze trends and provide summaries to support management reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Assist in improving the way data is stored, shared, and visualized.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from management and other teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data cleaning).
• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts.
• Some experience with Power BI or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new tools and improve analytical skills.
