Power distribution networks located in remote areas require intelligent technologies to enable the remote monitoring, supervision, and management of electrical equipment. These technologies not only provide real-time visibility into the operating status of the power grid but also support preventive maintenance of electrical assets, contributing to greater reliability and improved operational efficiency.

The digital modernization project between Electricity of Cambodia (EDC) and VP.Start in Banteay Meanchey Province was successfully completed through the close collaboration of EDC's professional engineers and VP.Start's engineering team. As part of the project, the team installed and integrated DRC IoT Devices with electrical equipment in full compliance with the established technical standards. This digital modernization initiative will enhance the efficiency of power grid monitoring and management through VP.Start's Smart Grid system, improving the reliability of electricity supply while minimizing service interruptions for consumers.
