Key Responsibilities

• Manage the physical handling of product, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and staging goods in line with warehouse procedures.
• Oversee general product movement throughout the facility, ensuring items are transferred, stocked, and relocated safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate management of product locations, labeling, and storage conditions to support inventory integrity.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety, and operational standards (5S or equivalent).
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including verifying shipments, checking documentation, and confirming quantities against orders.
• Conduct physical stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory counts) and reconcile discrepancies with the Warehouse Leader.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on product movement, deliveries, counts, and any operational issues or exceptions.
• Act as the first point of response for physical product needs, prioritizing urgent movement, delivery, or count requests as directed.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts if certified) safely and in accordance with training.
• Report damaged, missing, or mislabeled product promptly to the Warehouse Leader.
• Support other warehouse team members and cross-functional teams as operational needs require.

Follow all safety protocols and escalate hazards or incidents immediately.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Electrical/Mechanical Associate's degree or equivalent; warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar physical-product environment.
• Ability to lift and move product (typically up to 25–50 lbs / 11–23 kg, or as defined by site policy).
• Basic proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail, particularly for stock counts and delivery verification.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to shifting operational demands.
• Car or material-handling equipment certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
