PRINCIPAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, prepare, and review both technical and commercial documentation.
  • Develop a variety of solution documents, including specifications, installation guides, user manuals, and technical presentation slides, in both Khmer and English.
  • Continuously update and improve documentation to reflect the latest information and best practices.
  • Oversee final document versioning, ensuring proper storage and effective version control.
  • Support the development of compelling scripts and captions for digital marketing content, websites, and applications.
  • Initiate creative concepts and integrate emerging technologies into company documentation to enhance brand visibility and deliver accurate, purposeful content for public engagement.
  • Support the TO-M team in organizing and coordinating company events.
  • Provide regular reports, presentations, and feedback to the team and line manager.
  • Maintain regular communication with the R&D team and cross-functional teams regarding current solutions and technologies, while also gathering relevant company data.
  • Pursue continuous self-improvement through research and development of relevant skills, ensuring a strong understanding of company products, branding, formatting standards, policies, and regulations.
     

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Certification or degree in English language studies.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English (preferred) and Khmer.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in document creation, preparation, or design.
  • Proficient in graphic and document design tools such as Adobe
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong skills in internet usage, email communication, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Familiar with efficient methods for reviewing and proofreading documents in both Khmer and English.
  • Knowledgeable about emerging technologies and smart working tools, including AI-based platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
