PRINCIPAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, prepare, and review both technical and commercial documentation.
- Develop a variety of solution documents, including specifications, installation guides, user manuals, and technical presentation slides, in both Khmer and English.
- Continuously update and improve documentation to reflect the latest information and best practices.
- Oversee final document versioning, ensuring proper storage and effective version control.
- Support the development of compelling scripts and captions for digital marketing content, websites, and applications.
- Initiate creative concepts and integrate emerging technologies into company documentation to enhance brand visibility and deliver accurate, purposeful content for public engagement.
- Support the TO-M team in organizing and coordinating company events.
- Provide regular reports, presentations, and feedback to the team and line manager.
- Maintain regular communication with the R&D team and cross-functional teams regarding current solutions and technologies, while also gathering relevant company data.
Pursue continuous self-improvement through research and development of relevant skills, ensuring a strong understanding of company products, branding, formatting standards, policies, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Certification or degree in English language studies.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English (preferred) and Khmer.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in document creation, preparation, or design.
- Proficient in graphic and document design tools such as Adobe
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong skills in internet usage, email communication, and online collaboration platforms.
- Familiar with efficient methods for reviewing and proofreading documents in both Khmer and English.
- Knowledgeable about emerging technologies and smart working tools, including AI-based platforms.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
