We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our marketing execution—taking high-level strategies and turning them into real-world campaigns. You will manage our multi-channel presence, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to ensure our brand stands out and drives measurable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, and website) and offline channels.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Create high-quality content for websites, apps, social media channels, and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and other collateral).
- Social Media Management: Develop annual or quarterly digital marketing strategies to attract audiences; collaborate with the media team to produce engaging content (graphics, photos, and videos); monitor audience growth and trends; improve SEO performance; manage Google Analytics; and ensure all content aligns with VP.Start's brand direction.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly reports using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and digital traffic.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct regular research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose fresh marketing ideas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including graphic designers, video production, event management, product, and sales teams, as well as external vendors (printers and agencies), to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing, communications, or digital media role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevate degree
Communications, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is highly valued).
Core Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media management tools.
- Proficiency speaking & writing in English.
- Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and data tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with visual design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
