SMT Production Line Operations:

• Efficiency Management: Monitor SMT line operations to ensure optimal efficiency and meet production lead times.
• Solder Paste Printing: Manage the entire printing process, including stencil preparation, quality inspection, and defect resolution.
• Pick and Place Machine Operation: Oversee machine preparation and cleaning, peeler and feeder installation, configuration, PCB programming, spare parts maintenance, and error troubleshooting.
• Component Mounting & Inspection: Manage post-Pick and Place visual inspections and correct defects prior to reflow soldering.
• Reflow Soldering: Handle solder paste evaluation, establish reflow solder profiles, and conduct experimental testing to validate profiles before full processing.
• Material & Equipment Control: Perform daily material and accessory checks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist the general production team with PCBA, harness and wiring, complete product assembly, and accessory production as needed.

 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Prior hands-on experience with SMT line operations.
• Ability to read and fully comprehend technical machine manuals.
• Capability to conduct defect analysis and implement continuous work improvements.
• Proven problem-solving skills, specifically in preventing and addressing machine downtime.
• Strong commitment to meeting quality targets.
• Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and proficiency in professional email communication.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
