DRS Presentation at Electricity of Kampot and Electricity of Sihanouk Province

VP.Start engineers presented the Advanced Metering Management System (DRS) to management and other electrical experts at Electricity of Kampot and Electricity of Sihanouk Province. This presentation aimed to demonstrate the latest technology that VP.Start has developed to transform traditional energy metering management to digital. Digitizing the normal energy meters to be smart is just to install the DRC-004G with Landis +Gyr meter and DRC-012G with EDMI meter, after that the data from the energy meters will transmit to the DRS. Additionally, through DRS utilities will obtain instant information for the abnormalities that occur, enabling operators to quickly and effectively resolve those issues. Plus, DRS enhances the power quality, reduces energy losses and improves energy efficiency. Importantly, this technology does not require replacing the existing energy meters at all-that is very cost-effective.
